About Betty O’ Neill your Registered Nutritional Therapist

I formally studied Nutritional Therapy for 3 years at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. I am a fully registered member of my professional body Nutritional Therapist of Ireland (NTOI) and I have full professional indemnity insurance with Balens UK. I also engage in extensive Continuing Professional Development (ongoing training) I am consistently researching nutrition topics.

I am committed to the ongoing study of Nutritional Science and will strive to apply knowledge appropriately to help you achieve your health goals.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximising one’s health potential through individually formulated nutritional and lifestyle changes.

It promotes the benefits of good, wholesome, unprocessed foods for optimal well-being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions.

Nutritional therapy treats the body as a whole while seeking the root source of health concerns, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

Terms & Conditions for Betty O’ Neill Nutrition

1. Nutritional Questionnaire must be filled in and returned 24 hours before attending the consultation. Alternatively, you can bring a printed copy to the clinic.
2. Deposits must be paid to secure your place for consultations. The deposit will secure your place- no deposit no appointment. €25 for your consultation. Phone and Skype payment must be paid in full- bank transfer or online payment.
3. Cancellation policy, any cancellation less 24 hours will result in losing your deposit.
4. Any information that is not disclosed, the client is liable. Be it food, supplements, or medication.
5. Each client is responsible for adhering to the treatment plan.
6. Nutritional Questionnaire is not for recirculation -to anyone. For my professional use only.
7. Please inform your GP that you are attending a Nutritional Therapist.
8. Minimum of 2 consultations.
9. All participants for my online programs must be over 18 when partaking.
10. Due to the high volume of phone calls that I receive, if you have a question please text or email me, I will get back to you.
11. Please allow 48 hours/ 2 working days for me to create your individual treatment plan.

Coming from New Ross; On the N25 heading towards Wexford. At Cushinstown Church take a left, next junction take a right, next junction takes a left and my house is first on the right. Stonewalls and Castlequarter is written on the wall.

Coming from Kilkenny/Carlow; When you pass over the Ferrybridge take a left, keep driving for a mile and a half, take the right-hand turn for Old Ross, straight through the next crossroads, after 2 very dangerous bends my house is on the left. Stonewalls and Castlequarter is written on the wall.

Consultation is available via phone, skype, facetime – virtual consultations or in person.

As discussed, we are starting with a Consultations (You may need more every case is different.)

The 1^st consultation last for 1 hour approx

Assessments of your questionnaire, food diary, and nutrient tracker

2 weekly check in’s via email or text

Personalised Plan- advice on the correct food and therapeutic dosage of supplements if needed for your health goals

Support via email or text if you have any questions

7 Day Meal Plan

After this, we can decide if you need any further consultations.

Functional Medicine Testing: We may need to run an additional testing, these fees are extra

Type of testing- kits are sometimes given to clients to test at home in some cases. Comprehensive stool analysis, parasitology, SIBO- Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth, OATS- Organic Acid Tests, H Pylori, Hormonal test, Adrenal panel, or Vitamin D test. Just to name a few. Price will be available upon request.
