Betty has been a Nutritional Therapist since 2009, she has graduated from CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine http://www.naturopathy.ie/. Betty has worked in the Health food industry for over 10 years. Betty is an active member of the NTOI (Nutritional Therapy of Ireland) http://www.ntoi.ie She is an avid foodie, but more so she is fascinated by the remarkable benefits that food has on our bodies and our overall well-being. It was through her own struggle with IBS, Adrenal Fatigue and Sugar Addiction, that she realised how powerful Nutritional Therapy was, as she studied and learned, Betty realised that the food she was eating was having a devastating effect on her health. Betty applied simple yet effective changes to her diet, this resulted in; increased energy levels eliminated tummy bloating, less stress and improved sleep quality. Betty still has to work on her diet and lifestyle every day.

Betty specialises in Gut and Hormonal Health and gives informational talks in the local area. She also runs 2 successful online programs - Ditch the Sugars and a Cold n Flu program.
